Common things to fix before selling the house:

One of the most affordable things to do before selling your house is to give it a fresh coat of paint. It’s also a good idea to repair any cracks or holes in the walls, If you have very old or outdated fans, or light fixtures, replace them. In the kitchen, make sure all appliances are in good working order, and if you have cabinets that are damaged or outdated, consider sorting that out. Consider replacing any cracked or damaged tile ahead of listing the house as well.

These are just a few of the most common issues to fix before selling- basic repairs and maintenance that need to be done before listing a house.

Potential buyers want to see a home that is in good condition, but they don’t necessarily expect a brand new home.
